ISSUE:

Recurring blockages onsite throughout building. Toilets and sinks regularly blocking. Exhausted efforts to clear blockage via drain jetting.

Next steps:

● CCTV inspection completed to identify obstruction 38m down stream
● Dig up and repair required to clear obstruction in drain and get critical amenities back up and running
● No amenities can be used until obstruction and repair is completed, urgent response required

Scope:
● Service locate
● Excavate and expose blocked drain at approx. 1m deep
● Cut section of pipe out and remove obstruction
● Clear the drain by jetting it followed by post CCTV inspection
● Repair section of drain that was cut out
● Reinstate excavation with what was removed

Outcome:

Damage in line rectified. Blockage backed up in the line cleared. All critical amenities onsite working & flowing freely.
